Message to Gerasimenya about Kalinnik as a suspect

Several testimonies and identifications from photos established that the torture had been directed by the chief of the Sovetsky district police department (RUVD) in Minsk, Sergei Kalinnik.

On December 29 I wrote to D. V. Gerasimenya's email address about my suspicion of Kalinnik.

On January 14 the reply came that my inquiry had been accepted and added to the case file.
