Since almost a month had passed, I decided to send an online inquiry to the Leninsky district office through the form on the Investigative Committee's website.

On October 9 the Minsk city office of the Investigative Committee forwarded my inquiry to the Leninsky district office, to D. V. Gerasimenya.
